Transparency
Media transparency or
Overhead Transparency (OHT) is often referred to by the name of the hardware
Overhead Projector (OHP). Media transparency is a visual medium above
projections made of transparent material, usually acetace films or plastic
measuring 8.5 "x 11". As software, transparency material containing
instructional messages that require a special tool that is projected on the
screen (scream). Tools for projecting the transparency called Overhead
Projector (OHP).
OHP is a tool for
projecting objects transparent (opaque) to the surface of the screen. OHP as a
tool designed specifically so that it can project the transparency onto the
screen through the top or side of the head of the person using it. There OHP
transparencies that use measures 3.25 "x4"; 7 "x7"; or 10
"x10", but the most commonly used is the size of 8.5 "x
11". Various objects or messages written or drawn on the transparency of
such diagrams, maps, charts, definitions and so forth can be projected through OHP.
As for the parts of the OHP are:
1. Head projector
2. The projection lens
3. Setting the
sharpness of the picture
4. Alas glass (a place
to put transparency)
5. Ventilation slots
6. The on-off
Usefulness or OHP
Function
Usefulness Over Head
Projector (OHP) OHP useful for projecting transparent to the screen, with the
images large enough.
OHP is generally used
for:
1. Substitute the
board using a special pen that is written on a transparent sheet.
2. Place shows the
shadow of an object.
3. To demonstrate an
experiment
4. The show transparency
that has been prepared
